Q: How long does an item take to ship to me?
A: Our items usually take between 3-10 business days to arrive at your door. However sometimes shipments can take longer. Please understand we are only human and cant control when delays happen.
Q: I live outside the United States. Can I buy an item?
A: We are only shipping to places within the United States at this time.
Q: Can I have an item custom made for myself?
A: Yes, you may upload your own image to customize an item of your choice with an customization option. Only items that are customizable can be modified.
Q: How can I return or exchange my item?
A: Please see our refund page for more information regarding this.
Q: Are all the T-Shirt sizes unisex?
A: Yes everyone of our T-Shirts are unisex.
Q: My tracking code says my stuff has been delivered but its not here. What do I do?
A: Please check with your neighbors to see if they may have gotten it by mistake. Also, check with your local post office to see if they can assist you by opening an investigation for you. We cannot refund an order that is lost in the mail if it shows as delivered.
Q: My shirt size or color says unavailable when I try to add it to cart. What does that mean?
A: This happens when we run out of that particular color in that size. This means you wont be able to to get that particular size in that color. Check back regularly to see if we have it in stock.
Q: How can I resize my photo so that I can upload it to customize my item?
A: We recommend using a free photo editing software like Canva.com. This way you can easily resize your photos to match our upload standards right from your browser.
Q: Where are these items made?
A: All of our items are made and shipped from the United States.
Q: Can I get faster shipping on my orders?
A: Yes, on select items express shipping is available. Express shipping allows you to receive your items in 2-3 business days.
